The Small Acreage Fact Sheets were developed to provide conservation information for small acreage farmers and rural residents in Oregon. These fact sheets include tips to install natural resource measures that are environmentally and economically sound. You may reproduce or copy any portion of these fact sheets for nonprofit and educational purposes by notifying the Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District at (503) 681-0953. For permission to use Managing a Sustainable Forest in Western Oregon, please notify the Yamhill County Extension Service at (503) 434-7517. Please acknowledge the appropriate organization as the source.
These fact sheets were produced by the Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District and the Small Acreage Steering Committee. The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, Oregon Association
of Conservation Districts, and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service funded the project. Fact sheets or a color brochure entitled “Tips on Land and Water Management for Small Acreages in Oregon” can be provided by mail to those interested.
