The State Soil and Water Conservation Commission consists of seven soil and water conservation district directors appointed by the Director of the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA). The Commission serves as an advisory board to the Natural Resources Division and to the Director of ODA regarding soil and water conservation issues.
