Justin has been the district manager for the Lakeview and Fort Rock/Silver Lake SWCDs for the last 13 yrs. and has gained great respect from landowners and agencies he works with in this area.
Justin is a valued asset to the Lakeview and Fort Rock/Silver Lake SWCDs. He brings to the board a very in-depth knowledge of the CCAA/RCCP issues, which he has been involved with since its inception and in which OACD is involved. He is also very insightful into the intricacies of dealing with government agencies while implementing projects for the SWCD.
